This Symposium will focus on ISDA's Loan Credit Default Swap templates for the European market. The session will offer an overview of the product. The main focus of the session will be a detailed examination of the ISDA templates for European single-name and index loan CDS transactions. The panellists will highlight key differences from the US Loan CDS contract and the standard unsecured CDS contract.
