Documenting Derivatives Transactions in Emissions Allowances
This two-hour ISDA Symposium is aimed at giving an outline of the existing range of ISDA documentation for trading in emissions allowances in Europe and beyond, including the US. An overview of the global secondary markets in emissions allowances will be provided as well as presentations of the latest version of the ISDA forms for trading in EU allowances plus the ISDA US Emissions Annex.
