New Role for
ISDA Chairman
ISDA Chairman, Jonathan
Moulds has assumed the role of President of EMEA and Asia
for Bank of America. Mr. Moulds, who has served as Head of
Global Markets for EMEA and Asia, replaces William Fall in
that role with immediate effect. Mr. Fall has announced his
intention to retire after more than 11 years with the company.
Mr. Moulds joined Bank of America eleven years ago in Chicago
to help build the company’s presence in the over-the-counter
derivatives markets and to integrate the Chicago Research
and Trading platform. He was named head of the Global Derivatives
group in 2001, Global Head of Liquid Products in 2003 and
Head of Global Markets for EMEA and Asia in 2005. He joined
the ISDA Board in 1998 and was appointed Chairman in 2004.

in Europe and Asia, Jonathan’s broad-based product
knowledge, excellent understanding of the bank’s global
platform and proven leadership skills give me every confidence
that he will successfully drive forward our international
strategy,” said Gene Taylor, Vice Chairman and President
of Global Corporate and Investment Banking for the firm.
He reports to Mr. Taylor in his new role.

Ernest Patrikis Leaves AIG for
Pillsbury
Ernest Patrikis, General Counsel and Senior Vice President
with American International Group, is leaving the firm at
the end of the month to join corporate law firm Pillsbury
Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where he will head the firm’s
financial services regulatory practice. Mr. Patrikis joined
AIG in 1998 following a 30-year career with the Federal
Reserve Bank of New York, where he was first vice president,
the Bank’s second ranking officer. In addition to
his position as first vice president, Mr. Patrikis also
served as an alternate member of the Federal Open Market
Committee, the Federal Reserve’s monetary policymaking
group. He also served as the product director for the Wholesale
Payments Product Office, which operates the Fedwire funds
and securities transfers systems.
