Emissions Annex
After the recent publication of Version 3 of the ISDA European
Emissions Annex, which incorporates options and forwards,
ISDA held final discussions on the US Emissions Annex. Publication

Definitions Revision
On December
5, ISDA circulated a revised draft of the Definitions, which
update the 2000 ISDA Definitions. It is anticipated that
the revised Definitions will be published in the coming

Discussion Paper
ISDA has formed
a global, cross-industry working group to analyze the interface
between providers and distributors in the field of retail
structured products. This occurred against a background
of growing industry and regulatory interest in this product
area, in which many firms are experiencing increases in
activity.
