ISDA DELEGATES ELECT
ELEVEN BOARD MEMBERS; NEW DIRECTORS FROM TOKYO, JAPAN
WEDNESDAY APRIL 9, 2003 – Delegates to the Annual General Meeting of the International Swaps
and Derivatives Association (ISDA) in Tokyo, Japan elected eleven directors
today, nine of whom currently serve on the Association’s Board. The two new directors are:
