REMINDER: ISDA’s 21st ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - SINGAPORE

 

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association is holding its 21st Annual General Meeting in Singapore, March 14 – 16, 2006. ISDA’s AGM is the preeminent event of the derivatives and risk management industry and will feature leading speakers from the industry and government. Accredited journalists are invited to attend AGM 2006 and its social events as press guests. There is no registration fee for journalists.

 

WHAT:                  ISDA’s 21st Annual General Meeting will feature discussions on a number of key derivatives and risk management issues, including:

¨       The Outlook for Asia Pacific’s Economy and Markets

¨       Developments in Credit Derivatives and Structured Credit Markets

¨       The Emergence of China in the Global Financial Markets

¨       Global Market Perspectives on the Derivatives Industry

¨       The Relationship Between Privately Negotiated and Exchange Traded Derivatives in Asia

¨       Global Derivatives Public Policy Issues

¨       E-trading and OTC Derivatives: Lessons Learned from Other Markets

 

Social events include receptions at the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore Zoological Gardens and Chijmes. A Chairman’s Reception for journalists will be held Wednesday evening.
