Convertible Asset Swap Templates The Convertible Asset Swap Transaction (CAST) template and the related Convertible Asset Option Transaction (CAOT) template are designed for use in inter-dealer convertible asset swap and option transactions. The CAST template is comprised of two parts, one providing for a bond option, and the other providing for a swap transaction. The CAOT template provides for the documentation of a bond option and would typically be used in conjunction with the CAST template. |
