Requests an extension of no-action relief under CFTC No. Action Letter 14-90, (expiring June 30, 2015) from the Reporting Party obligation to report valuation data for cleared swaps until such time as a CFTC amendment to eliminate the obligation under Part 45.4(b)(2)(ii) is effective.
