ISDA 2014 Credit Derivatives Definitions Protocol
The 2014 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions Protocol amends certain credit derivative transactions to incorporate the 2014 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions in place of the 2003 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions.

The Credit Steering Committee (CSC) is one of ISDA’s Product Steering Groups comprised of both dealers and buy-side firms with representation from senior business leads at each institution. The CSC is the governing body which meets to discuss issues affecting the business and practice of credit derivatives trading. This group is responsible for providing business leadership on the evolution of the asset class and ensuring appropriate levels of product standardisation are achieved; working with operational groups to coordinate the collective industry infrastructure initiatives to meet regulatory and business requirements and providing asset class expertise for ISDA’s advocacy agenda.

The goals of Collateral Committee are to enhance the use of collateralization as a credit risk protection tool, to resolve unique problems in collateral management that may occur only in Japanese derivatives business, and to establish guidelines for collateral management in Japan.
Committee: ISDA Japan Operations Group
The Operations Distribution List deals with a wide range of middle and back-office related issues and initiatives including implementation of FpML (Financial products Markup Language), promotion of STP (straight through processing) and automation of various trade processes such as generation and matching of trade confirmations, and pre-settlement matching of cash flows.
