ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee Resolves an Auction Will be Held for Dynegy Holdings, LLC

NEW YORK, November 10, 2011 – The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) today announced that its Americas Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee resolved that an auction will be held in respect of Dynegy Holdings, LLC (formerly known as Dynegy Holdings Inc.) following its resolution on November 9, 2011 that a Bankruptcy Credit Event had occurred.ISDA will publish further information regarding the auction on its website, www.isda.org/credit, in due course.
