2019年1月 REGULATORY: 担当 森田（tmorita@isda.org） OTC Derivatives Regulations Working Group 1月16日、メンバーは米国CFTCの取引執行義務改正案およびSEF規制改正案による本邦市場及び市場参加者への影響について検討を行った。改正案の中の域外適用の範囲、特に、SEF登録義務および取引執行義務の対象範囲の拡大について、本邦の電子取引基盤規制に対する代替コンプライアンスまたは同等性が得られていない場合に、米国のカウンターパーティとの取引に悪影響を及ぼす可能性があるとした問題点を共有した。なお、ISDAはCFTC宛てに意見書の提出を予定している。提出期限は3月15日。 JPY Benchmark Working Group 1月18日、ISDAは、全銀協TIBOR運営機関（JBATA）から公表された「日本円TIBORとユーロ円TIBORの統合等に係る方向性」への意見書を提出した。以下、意見書の概要。...
