The summaries and leads for several global ISDA Data & Reporting workstreams are noted in the table below.

D&R Canadian Compliance WG WG dedicated to the coordination of Canadian regulatory developments and discussions with provincial regulators OCS, MSC, Quebec, BCSC, and ASC Eleanor Hsu (EHsu@isda.org)
D&R EMEA Compliance WG WG focused on EU regulatory developments, with coordination of discussions with ESMA and/or other National Competent Authorities. Current topics include collateral & margin requirements, Q&A Responses, EU workflows, EU Reference data. Andrew Bayley (ABayley@isda.org)
D&R US Compliance WG WG dedicated to compliance to US regulatory requirements. Topics include No-Action relief requests, extra-territoriality, changes in registration. Responsible for the coordination of regulatory discussions with the CFTC and SEC, including responses to requests for comment. Eleanor Hsu (EHsu@isda.org)
D&R Reference Data & Workflow WG WG focused on data and product standards and best practice for UTI/USI, UTI Pairing, UPI, OTC Taxonomy, LEI/pre-LEIs, with goal of global consistency and eventual data aggregation. D&R AeJ Compliance WG ISDA Asia includes a compliance work stream with 2 dedicated WGs – (1) the Asia ex-Japan Reporting Compliance WG, and (2) the Japan Reporting Compliance WG. Both these WGs focus on coordination of regulatory discussions and developments across Asia’s regulators, with an eye towards global consistency.
