ISDA’s Response to the EC’s Consultation on the EU Benchmarks Regulation Review

On December 31, ISDA responded to the European Commission’s consultation on the review of the EU Benchmarks Regulation. The response covers a number of topics including IBOR reform, benchmark cessation plans, contingency plans where a critical benchmark ceases to be representative of its underlying market and climate-related benchmarks.
