On March 18, 2020, ISDA submitted its response to the European Securities and Markets Authority’s (ESMA) consultation on the application of the pre-trade transparency obligations applicable to Systematic Internalisers (SIs) active in derivatives, bonds, structured finance products and emission allowances.
