On May 6, 2020, ISDA and the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) submitted a joint response to the European Commission’s consultations on the three draft Delegated Acts (DAs), for the purpose of specifying requirements under the Low Carbon Benchmarks Regulation.
