A new international chamber of the Paris Commercial Court was launched in 2018, with the aim of creating an important hub for the resolution of cross-border commercial disputes. Paul-Louis Netter, president of the Paris Commercial Court, talks to IQ about the reasons for the initiative and the opportunities posed by Brexit.
