ISDA Response to FCA on Request for Feedback on UK EMIR Refit

On March 24, 2023, ISDA responded to the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) request for feedback on the proposed validation rules and XML schema under the UK European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) Refit. The FCA advised that feedback should focus on where the proposed UK EMIR validation rules and XML schemas differ from those of EU EMIR reporting.
