Joint Trade Association Letter to CFTC on Uncleared Margin Proposal

On October 10, 2023, ISDA, along with other trade associations, sent a letter to the CFTC to support proposed amendments to the margin requirements for uncleared swaps, including refinements pertaining to seeded funds and IM thresholds, removing the asset transfer restriction within MMFs as eligible collateral, and clarifying haircuts for MMFs.
