Comment Letter to the CFTC regarding the Cross-Border Application of Certain Swaps Provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act proposal 77 Fed. Reg. 41,214 of July 12, 2012, and the requirement to report data to swap data repositories or regulators under Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. This letter supplements ISDA’s August 10, 2012 letter to the Commission.
