A working group to discuss and address legal and regulatory implementation issues arising out of bank recovery and resolution regulations and requirements, including producing documentation solutions to facilitate compliance as well as advocacy and addressing cross border issues which are legal in nature and/or impact documentation solutions. This working group consider various regulations and guidance, including BRRD and supporting regulations.

The Canadian Legal and Regulatory distribution list discusses issues that effect ISDA’s Canadian members. During these meetings, members are also updated on the activities of the Legal/Regulatory Subcommittee and Accounting Subcommittee. Legal and Regulatory forum for Canadian derivatives lawyers.

The ISDA CCP Committee is a forum for representatives of CCPs that are members of ISDA to discuss regulatory, legal, policy, risk, infrastructure and other issues facing CCPs that clear OTC derivatives as the markets for these products continue to evolve. It will interact with the Product and Infrastructure Committee Board Committee.

The ISDA Canadian Members Steering Committee provides senior business and legal direction to ISDA efforts in Canada.

Due to continued interest and efforts in a number of key jurisdictions, ISDA has set up working groups specific to these jurisdictions. Each working group addresses topical issues of importance to ISDA members active in that jurisdiction, such as submissions on proposed new laws and regulations in that country.

A working group to consider fallbacks for APAC benchmarks.

This sub-distribution list coordinates its activities and shares information with the APAC WGMR Implementation Group. It was set up to discuss legal and documentation issues relating to the implementation of the APAC WGMR rules.

The purpose of this group is to discuss Article 28(2) of the European Benchmark Regulation, its impact on the derivatives market and potential documentation approaches towards compliance.
