Due to continued interest and efforts in a number of key jurisdictions, ISDA has set up distribution lists specific to these jurisdictions. Each distribution list addresses topical issues of importance to ISDA members active in that jurisdiction, such as submissions on proposed new laws and regulations in that country.

This covers all regulatory implementation aspects associated with cleared margin, clearinghouse capital and resolution.

The Asia-Pacific-India working group addresses business and regulatory issues of importance to ISDA members in this region. In view of enacted and pending legislation in India, there have been increasing efforts in the region to address these issues.

The ISDA Asia Capital Group serves as a forum for issues related to the implementation of Basel III standards that are relevant to derivatives in the Asia-Pacific region (excluding Japan). The focus of the forum is to coordinate responses to Basel-III related consultations that are applicable to derivatives from regulators in the region. The group determines and coordinates responses through industry discussions and regulatory advocacy by coordinating with the relevant global Risk & Capital forums.

The Asian WGMR Implementation Group was formed with the objectives of 1) tracking and sharing of information related to margining regulation in the APAC region, and 2) identifying and resolving jurisdiction-specific margining implementation issues specific to the APAC region. This discussion group will coordinate its activities and share information with the WGMR Oversight Committee to ensure maximal harmonization and consistency with global implementation best practices.

The ISDA APAC ESG Working Group provides a forum for industry participants to discuss regulatory, legal and documentation issues of ESG-related derivatives products in the Asia-Pacific region.

The ISDA Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Distribution List will conduct discussions around the use of arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution in derivatives transactions globally. This includes the development of model language for arbitration and jurisdiction clauses in the ISDA Master Agreement and work on future versions of the ISDA Arbitration Guide.

A working group to address risks in derivatives contracts of permanent discontinuation of LIBOR, EURIBOR or TIBOR in USD. Representatives include dealers, end users, CCPs and benchmark administrators.

Equity focused CDM workstream focused on topical design questions, including specific features to facilitate adoption of the CDM, leveraging both technical and SME knowledge from across the industry. Consists of both CDM design representatives and SMEs drawn from the equity infrastructure group.
