The Asia-Pacific Energy, Commodities and Developing Products group meets quarterly to discuss issues relating to commodities. Discussions encompass documentation developments, developing products, operations and other topical issues in that space.

This group is comprised of participants from the ISDA Equity Steering Committee and it is set up to discuss practicalities of MiFID II transparency for Equity Swaps/Portfolio Swaps and any other issue affecting the Equity Swap business.

The working group will discuss all matters relevant to the accounting of ESG debt and derivatives and their impact on ISDA’s members balance sheet and profit and loss account.

The working group aims to establish and validate (further) key advocacy positions and the arguments behind them; to draft amendments when appropriate, and to draw down data from member firms.

The Equity Market Infrastructure Group is responsible for addressing OTC Equity Derivatives specific operations issues. It will take direction and seek guidance from the Market Infrastructure and Technology Oversight Committee (MITOC) and the Equity Steering Committee (ESC) on strategic deliverables while being the forum where tactical and day to day issues are raised, discussed and resolved.

A sub-Working Group of firms working in an advisory or consultancy capacity for ISDA in ISDA’s global Digital Regulatory Reporting initiative.

The Credit Steering Committee (CSC) is one of ISDA’s Product Steering Groups comprised of both dealers and buy-side firms with representation from senior business leads at each institution. The CSC is the governing body which meets to discuss issues affecting the business and practice of credit derivatives trading. This group is responsible for providing business leadership on the evolution of the asset class and ensuring appropriate levels of product standardisation are achieved; working with operational groups to coordinate the collective industry infrastructure initiatives to meet regulatory and business requirements and providing asset class expertise for ISDA’s advocacy agenda.

This working group will be to address any capital issues related to Digital Assets.

Industry working group dedicated to addressing industry compliance and implementation challenges related to SEC reporting. The group determines and coordinates solutions through industry discussions and regulatory advocacy.

ISDA Digital Assets Market Infrastructure Group is responsible for addressing processing and operations issues related to digital asset derivatives. It is a forum where day to day issues are raised, discussed and resolved. The group is open to all ISDA members and generally consists of digital asset derivatives operations representatives from dealer, buy-side and infrastructure firms.
