The Asia-Pacific Energy, Commodities and Developing Products group meets quarterly to discuss issues relating to commodities. Discussions encompass documentation developments, developing products, operations and other topical issues in that space.

Industry group which works collaboratively to mutualize representation of amended CFTC and EMIR transaction reporting requirements in Digital Regulatory Reporting (DRR) – a digitized, single standard set of open-source machine-executable code using the Common Domain Model (CDM).

This group is comprised of participants from the ISDA Equity Steering Committee and it is set up to discuss practicalities of MiFID II transparency for Equity Swaps/Portfolio Swaps and any other issue affecting the Equity Swap business.

The ISDA ESG Risk and Capital Working Group provides a forum for industry participants to analyse and evaluate Environmental, Social and Governance Issues which impact Risk and Capital.

Working Group establishes and drafts the design requirements for FpML and CDM (e.g. Design Authority) as needed for DRR purposes. This Working Group takes in requests from the ISDA DRR Technical Execution Working WG to potentially change the CDM so that the Technical Execution WG is able to proceed with DRR modeling. This Working Group is responsible for communicating/contributing relevant changes to FINOS governance framework for merging into CDM.

Members of the Documentation Distribution List include a diversity of industry participants who share their expertise and knowledge in a broad range of documentation initiatives through committee and working group platforms created by ISDA in an effort to promote the flow of information and ideas among its members.

The ISDA Cross-Border Regulatory Working Group will lead responses to several regulatory proposals related to the application of US derivatives laws on cross-border derivatives trading. The SEC proposal is expected to be released in May 2019 and the CFTC proposals are expected to be released by Q4 2019.

Focusing on UMR implementation for Phases 5 and 6, custodians (triparty and third party) will work together to develop tools and educational/outreach initiatives for successful Sept 2020 and Sept 2021 implementation. This group is only open to custodian firms and their employees.
