It has recently come to our attention that various market participants have received fraudulent emails from an individual purporting to be Nick Sawyer, ISDA’s Global Head of Communications, and requesting member firms’ information. We note that the email address that this email comes from is similar to ISDA email domain, but is actually coming from the domain, report-isda.org. We note that this is not an ISDA domain. Please also note that ISDA does not request sensitive firm information through email.
