This amendment to the Schedule of the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement is for purposes of compliance with the Czech Registration of Contracts Act. The 2016 Czech Register of Contracts Act requires that any contracts entered into with certain Czech public law entities be published in an online register maintained by the Czech Ministry of the Interior. This is irrespective of the governing law of the contract and the conclusion of the contracts in writing is required. Sanctions for breaching the obligations will kick in from 1 July 2017.
