Due to challenges with the adoption of SRO’s and with maintaining ongoing replenishment, ISDA and S&P Global in their role as SRO Administrator have agreed a process with market participants on a new streamlined process.

This webinar will introduce the new framework which is designed to:

• Increase SRO adoption by simplifying the process and removing unnecessary expensive legal costs
• Enhance ongoing replenishment through more frequent updates and a transparent schedule for data refreshes when obligations mature
• Strengthen industry collaboration by establishing regular communication channels between the SRO Administrator and market participants with SRO Challenge period
