ISDA Symposium® ISDA 2018 Benchmarks Supplement

The launch of the 2018 ISDA Benchmarks Supplement Protocol and ISDA Amend system have been targeted for 7th December 2018.  This symposium provides a timely an introduction to the ISDA Benchmarks Supplement, its Protocol and will feature a live demonstration of the ISDA Amend system.  The 2018 ISDA Benchmarks Supplement is designed to enhance the contractual robustness of interest rate, equity, FX and commodity derivative transactions and to help firms demonstrate compliance with the European Benchmarks Regulation and IOSCO Statement on Matters to Consider in the Use of Financial Benchmarks.
