ISDA Events COVID Policy

We look forward to welcoming you back to in-person ISDA Events.

ISDA considers the well-being of attendees, speakers and staff a top priority.

 

Please carefully read ISDA’s COVID Policy for attendance to in-person events:

 

NORTH AMERICA

 

  1. In accordance with local law (New York City) ISDA will only allow individuals who can provide proof of vaccination to attend the event in person.
    • “Proof of vaccination” means proof of receipt of at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use or licensed for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or authorized for emergency use by the World Health Organization. Proof may be established by:
      • A CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or an official immunization record from the jurisdiction, state, or country where the vaccine was administered or a digital or physical photo of such a card or record, reflecting the person’s name, vaccine brand, and date administered; or
      • A New York City COVID Safe Pass; or
      • A New York State Excelsior Pass.

  2. All in-person attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver. You can preview the waiver here. A separate communication will be sent to registered in-person attendees between 24-48 hours prior to the event to sign the waiver.
  3. Any individuals who do not agree to the liability waiver will not be eligible to attend the event. If a registered individual is unable to sign the liability waiver, ISDA will refund the registration fee.
  4. Attendees are encouraged to wear masks.
  5. Local government and venue safety requirements may change between the date of registration and the date of the event. ISDA reserves the right to require attendees to follow additional health and safety measures as required by local law, the venue, or as it deems prudent.

 

EUROPE
