ISDA Events COVID Policy
ISDA considers the well-being of attendees, speakers and staff a top priority.
Please carefully read ISDA’s COVID Policy for attendance to in-person events:
NORTH AMERICA
All in-person attendees will be required to agree to a COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgement form at the time of registration. You can preview the form here.
For the safety of ISDA’s guests and employees, you must attest that you WILL NOT attend an ISDA in-person conference if:
- You experience, within 5 days of the event start date, any symptoms of COVID, which include fever, cough, shortness of breath or others as specified by the CDC;
- You are diagnosed with COVID and have not yet received a test that you have been cleared as non-contagious by applicable health standards;
- You qualify for any restrictions specified by the CDC or NHS, which are updated from time to time.
- Local government and venue safety requirements may change between the date of registration and the date of the event. ISDA reserves the right to require attendees to follow additional health and safety measures as required by local law, the venue, or as it deems prudent.
*Registration Guarantee*
If you show symptoms or test positive for COVID after the standard cancellation period, ISDA will transfer or refund your registration fee.

We are excited to welcome back in-person attendees in Japan!

- All attendees are required to wear face masks to prevent spread of the virus that causes COVID-19.
For the safety of ISDA’s guests and employees, you must attest that you WILL NOT attend an ISDA in-person conference if:
- You experience, within 7 days of the event start date, any symptoms of COVID, which include fever, cough, shortness of breath or others as specified by the CDC, NHS or MHL.
- You are diagnosed with COVID and have not yet received a test that you have been cleared as non-contagious by applicable health standards;
- You qualify for any restrictions specified by the CDC, NHS or MHL which are updated from time to time.
