ISDA 2025 Notices Hub Protocol

The ISDA 2025 Notices Hub Protocol (this Protocol) was created to enable parties to Protocol Covered Documents to amend the terms of each such Protocol Covered Document to allow for the use of the ISDA Notices Hub Platform. The ISDA Notices Hub Platform allows certain critical notices under the ISDA Master Agreement (and, over time, other notices and agreements) to be securely delivered and received online. It also allows users to maintain and update their notice delivery details in a single location which their counterparties under the ISDA Master Agreement (and, over time, other agreements) can access.

The ISDA 2025 Notices Hub Protocol is open to ISDA members and non-members. There is NO COST to adhere to this protocol. There is no cut-off date to the ISDA 2025 Notices Hub Protocol. ISDA does, however, reserve the right to designate a cut-off date by giving 30 days’ notice on this site.

ISDA has prepared this list of frequently asked questions to assist in your consideration of the ISDA 2025 Notices Hub Protocol (the Notices Hub Protocol). Please note that these FAQs were prepared in June 2025. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Notices Hub Protocol.
