Extension of No-Action Relief for Data Privacy (previously submitted June 21 2013)

Request for no-action relief to allow masking of counterparty data under Parts 20, 45 and 46 in enumerated jurisdictions where local law prohibits disclosure. It asks to extend relief under 13-41 but also requests to make some of the conditions more reasonable and seeks to expand the list of enumerated jurisdictions.
