On 18 December 2020, ISDA responded to the European Commission’s consultation on the draft delegated acts under the EU Taxonomy, setting out the technical screening criteria for the environmental objectives of climate change mitigation and adaptation. The response is endorsing the general remarks made by the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET). The European Commission is expected to adopt the final delegated acts in early 2021.
