ISDA and the Futures Industry Association (FIA) have initiated a comparative review, produced by Allen & Overy, between the EU, UK and Financial Stability Board on their central counterparty recovery and resolution frameworks. The UK framework also incudes proposals for an expanded resolution regime from HM Treasury, which was published in February 2021.
