ISDA has published version 1 of the ISDA Equity Derivatives Clause Library.
The ISDA Equity Derivatives Clause Library provides drafting options with respect of certain clauses that parties can choose to include in an equity derivatives transaction that incorporates the 2002 ISDA Equity Derivatives Definitions (Versionable Edition) (the “Equity Definitions”).
Version 1 of the ISDA Equity Derivatives Clause Library is focused on adapting certain provisions from the 2011 ISDA Equity Derivatives Definitions and certain Additional Disruption Events from master equity derivatives confirmation agreements published by ISDA for use with transactions documented under the 2002 ISDA Equity Derivatives Definitions.
