The ISDA 2021 Bilateral SBS Agreement is a bilateral version of the ISDA 2021 SBS Protocol (the “Protocol”), which a security-based swap dealer (“SBSD”) can use to enter into an agreement with a counterparty to apply the relevant terms of the Protocol on a bilateral basis, by receiving one or both Protocol questionnaires from that counterparty.
