This Form of Amendment can be used if the parties wish to amend one or more existing master confirmation agreements or existing general terms confirmation agreements between the parties to incorporate in those documents the terms of the ISDA 2025 – 2002 ISDA Equity Derivatives Definitions (Versionable Edition) Protocol (the “Equity Definitions VE Protocol”) in its entirety if one or both of the parties have not adhered to the Equity Definitions VE Protocol.

The Form of Amendment also allows parties to include additional terms to supplement the terms of the Equity Definitions VE Protocol.
