ISDA 2016 Credit Support Annex for Variation Margin (VM) (Title Transfer – English Law) – Paragraph 11 for use in the AEJ region, including terms for margin rules in Australia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia and Singapore (for cross-border non-centrally cleared derivatives entered into between a Domestic Covered Entity and a Foreign Covered Entity), published on June 10, 2026
This template allows parties to establish variation margin arrangements that meet the requirements of regulations on margin for uncleared swaps in certain jurisdictions (“Covered Margin Regimes”). It is based on the ISDA 2016 Variation Margin Protocol, and includes terms for Australia Rules, Hong Kong Rules, Singapore Rules, India Rules, Indonesia Rules and PRC NFRA Rules, in addition to the Covered Margin Regimes included in the Protocol at the time of publication (PR Rules, CFTC Rules, Japan Rules, OSFI Rules and EMIR Rules) and FMIA Rules (each term as defined in the template). Parties using the 2016 Credit Support Annex for Variation Margin (VM) (Title Transfer- English Law) may complete Paragraph 11 of such Credit Support Annex in the manner set forth in this template.
