The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be the first major regulator to go live with significant amendments to its rules to incorporate global harmonization standards, including many of the Committee on Payments and Market Infrastructures and International Organization of Securities Commissions (CPMI-IOSCO) critical data elements (CDE). The panel will discuss progress of implementation, challenges and major reporting changes under the CFTC amendments.
