Panelists will discuss the benefits of harmonizing SFT and derivatives practices and the practical use cases for documenting SFTs and derivatives under a single master agreement. The panel will also discuss digitization efforts to represent SFT and derivative transactions using the ISDA CDM and the benefits to operations departments.
