The ISDA Clause Library is a tool that allows users to construct standard-form versions of the most commonly negotiated provisions within ISDA documentation and the most common variants of those provisions. However, to fully achieve the benefits of the ISDA Clause Library, widespread adoption within the market is crucial. During this conference, presenters will explain how the ISDA Clause Library was developed and how one can construct clauses for negotiation using the ISDA Clause Library framework. We will also discuss implementation of the ISDA Clause Library within firms’ templates and negotiation guides, and explore how the industry can promote adoption of the ISDA Clause Library among market participants.

This is an ISDA Virtual Conference:

  • Event will be live on November 4, 2020 from 9:00 AM – 11:35 AM EST  |  Timezone Converter
