An overview of some of the key sections of the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement, including discussion of the main differences between the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement and the 1992 ISDA Master Agreement. The speakers will also draw out lessons for buy-side users of the ISDA Master Agreement and firms dealing with them.

This session will focus on key issues that firms typically focus on when negotiating the Schedule to the 2002 Master Agreement. Speakers will also provide an overview of the ISDA Clause Library and explain how the ISDA Clause Library can be used in conjunction with the Schedule to construct clauses that are intended to achieve specific, negotiated outcomes.
