This session will focus on key issues that firms typically focus on as when negotiating the Schedule to the 2002 Master Agreement. The speakers will highlight commonly negotiated provisions and explain some of the key legal and commercial drivers behind them. The speakers will also provide an overview of the ISDA Clause Library and provide examples of how the Clause Library can be used to construct clauses that are intended to achieve commonly negotiated outcomes within the Schedule.
