Requests an extension of no-action relief, under CFTC No. Action Letter 13-75, until December 1, 2015 for Part 45 and Part 46 reporting of swaps between non-U.S. SD/MSP in designated jurisdictions (without an ultimate U.S. parent) and non-U.S. counterparties that are not guaranteed affiliates, or conduit affiliates, of a U.S. person.
